Personal Trainer, ACSM Certified (American College of Sports Medicine) Weight Management Consultant, ACE Certified (American Council on Exercise) My 12 years of experience working with clients in local health clubs as a personal trainer and weight loss coach has taught me that many men and woman feel uncomfortable working out in a gym environment.  Although there are many one on one training facilities, Fast Track 2 Fitness is unique in the fact that nutrition is a major concentration as well as exercise.  Losing weight and maintaining it can be a daunting and overwhelming task without the guidance and encouragement of a professional. Initially we help the client develop a plan that will achieve the results they are looking for. Then we work with them to implement this plan. When exercise and the proper nutrition are combined the results are amazing! With the help of an innovative, safe and effective weight loss product, I have developed a comprehensive weight loss and exercise program where the clients will start seeing results and feeling better very quickly.  Through this program I have helped hundreds of men and women regain their self esteem, confidence and a sense of well being.  Fast Track 2 Fitness’s individualized training and weight loss programs allow clients a safe, motivating and supportive environment to achieve the results they are looking for in a truly private setting.
