Sharlene has been my Personal Trainer for the last 2 years, and the key
reason for my improving health. She is highly skilled in what she does,
with a wide knowledge base in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Nutrition.
She uses highly relevant phrases to motivate her clients, which have proven
very helpful in my efforts to lose weight and build strength.
One of my
favorites, which I try to live by is “Eat less move more”. As I think about
it, this saying reflects a basic fundamental for getting in shape, and Sharlene is a person that motivates and pushes you to get there. It's
not magic, or a certain program. It's a variety of exercise, weights &
cardio routines that she follows throughout the course of a year. By
utilizing weights, bands and general exercise, she is able to help you
build a foundation. Building on the foundation she has helped me feel good
about my body, really begin getting in shape and experiencing
results. She pushes her clients to help them achieve the results they are
looking for, and her skills in driving them to their full potential makes
all the difference. She constantly changes my routine to keep me interested,
and provides me the flexibility I need to meet my hectic schedule.
To
date, she has been the best personal trainer I have ever used. And because
she is knowledgeable in her field, she is able to help you understand what
actually needs to be done to accomplish your goals.

A few years ago I began training with a personal trainer. At first I saw
results but after a year my workouts became routine and I was not
progressing. That's when I decided I needed a change. I found Fast Track 2
Fitness through a friend who has a long history of working out. I've been at
Fast Track 2 Fitness for almost 2 years and I am so pleased. I’ve made
significant progress, progress I never made before. I can honestly see the
physical results which is so rewarding and motivating; and after all this
time, I'm still learning new exercises, how to prevent injuries and
improving my form.
What’s different about my experience at Fast Track? My workouts are always
challenging and anything but routine. I am always doing different exercises
so my workouts are never boring. In addition, the nutritional guidance I
receive serves as a reminder that diet plays a critical role in my overall
health. It’s about what to eat vs. what not to eat and that provides the
motivation I need to stay on track. The program Sharlene has designed for me
is not only dedicated to achieving my goals but more importantly, has the
knowledge to achieve them. I have never been in better shape and could not
have done it without the help of Fast Track.
I feel lucky to have found Fast Track, and have no plans to change, I’m
sticking with Fast Track!

I have been a client of Sharlene Foley's
for about 6 years. When she opened her own studio, I was so pleased to
be able to continue to train with her one on one. I am a veterinarian with
bad knees, and I work long hours on my feet. Through her personal training
workouts, I have been able to maintain my rigorous and physically demanding
schedule. Sharlene's nutrition counseling has also provided me with the
knowledge to make the right food choices to keep my
energy level up during my busy day. Sharlene's studio is different
from other one on one fitness companies because she has the freedom and the
creativity to tailor workouts to meet each individual's needs, while making
