Personal Training Programs

Getting Started – 3 - 1 hour sessions
Have never done personal training before? These 3 60 minute sessions will give you the opportunity to see if personal training is right for you.

Cardio Crunch – 10 - ½ hour sessions
This 30 minute fast paced workout is not for the faint of heart! This ½ hour will build endurance and stamina and is all about high intensity. You will leave sweaty and burning fat for hours after. 

Muscle Conditioning – 10 - 1 hour sessions
Muscle conditioning is the key to strength and adding lean muscle to your body. From traditional lunges, presses and curls to implementing more unconventional equipment such as balls, bands and a full cable system this program will give you the results you are looking for.  Whether your goal is to build or strengthen muscles these  60 minute sessions will motivate and encourage you to work hard and smart.

Keep It Going – 25 - 1 hour sessions
Consistency is the key to long term success!  These workouts will keep you motivated, inspired and interested in continuing to help you reach your goals.

Buddy workouts – 10 – 1 hour sessions
Split the cost of these 60 minute workouts with a friend.  Your workouts can be fun and energizing when you have a buddy with you.

Nutrition (Weight loss programs)

Starter Package – 4 weeks

This package of 4 private sessions are 1 on 1 with a weight loss coach. A weight loss plan is designed specifically to meet the clients needs in achieving their weight loss goals and also provides support and encouragement to develop new healthy eating habits.  The meetings are weekly for 4 weeks with weigh-in, food log reviews and positive reinforcement.  Body fat analysis and measurements are available if desired.  This may be just the kick start you need to begin losing weight. 

Lose 9 in 9 – 9 weeks

These private sessions give the client 9 weeks to start to develop healthy eating habits and see some positive body changes.  Weigh-ins and food log reviews are done weekly with special attention being paid to motivating and encouraging you to keep going.  Within 9 weeks healthy habits will start to take hold and you will start to reap the rewards of the program.  Body fat analysis and measurements are available if desired.

Combined Personal Training and Nutrition
(Weight loss programs)
 

Kick Start – 4 private weight loss coaching sessions, 4 personal training sessions.

This package will get you started in the right direction and give you the motivation and encouragement you need. 

60 Days to Results! Private Boot Camp! – 8 weight loss coaching sessions, 16 personal training sessions.

Looking to make a positive life long change?  You will be meeting with a weight loss coach once per week for 8 weeks and be working out with a personal trainer twice per week for 8 weeks.  You, your trainer, and your weight loss coach work together to develop a plan that works into your schedule and assists you in achieving the goals and results you are looking for.  With this package success is guaranteed!
