Getting Started – 1 - 1 hour session
Have never done personal training before? This 60 minute session will
give you the opportunity to see if personal training is right for you.
Muscle Conditioning – 10 - 1 hour sessions
Muscle conditioning is the key to strength and adding lean muscle to your
body. From traditional lunges, presses and curls to implementing more
unconventional equipment such as balls, bands and a full cable system this
program will give you the results you are looking for. Whether your goal is
to build or strengthen muscles these 60 minute sessions will motivate and
encourage you to work hard and smart.
Keep It Going – 25 - 1 hour sessions
Consistency is the key to long term success! These workouts will keep you
motivated, inspired and interested in continuing to help you reach your
goals.
Buddy workouts – 10 – 1 hour sessions
Split the cost of these 60 minute workouts with a friend. Your
workouts can be fun and energizing when you have a buddy with you.
